MEET the FOUNDER

About Andy Crebar

Andy Crebar is the founder of Yura Capital, which invests in high-quality residential and commercial real estate assets in the Greater Sydney market.

His focus includes reviewing opportunities, meeting with investors, and finding the next investment. When not scouting for opportunities, Andy enjoys spending time with his young family.

Andy was born the youngest of four children in an immigrant family in Sydney and majored in Finance at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) before a career at Macquarie Capital. In 2014, Andy and his wife moved to San Francisco, where he began working in technology.

His first company provided services to technology and finance firms like KPMG, Digital Ocean, and Kayak before it was acquired by a private equity firm. His second company helped private investors access $200m of pre-vetted high-quality commercial real estate investments across the United States, which was eventually acquired by a larger player in the industry.

In 2024, Andy and his family returned to Sydney and now reside in the Northern Beaches area.
